Parque de la Ciutadella: A Green Oasis in the Heart of Barcelona

Parque de la Ciutadella is one of the largest and most popular parks in Barcelona. It is located in the northeastern part of the city, within the Ciutat Vella district. The park was built in the mid-19th century, after the city's military citadel was demolished. It was designed by Josep Fontserè, a Catalan architect who also designed the Arc de Triomf.


The park is home to a variety of attractions, including:

- The Monumental Waterfall: This is a large waterfall that is surrounded by lush vegetation. It is a popular spot for taking photos and relaxing.
